These are highly profitable companies that consistently pay dividends and grow those payments over time, often annually. They maintain sustainable payout ratios, allowing them to invest in future growth while continuing to increase dividends.

To curate this list, I used my stock screener over at DividendData.com. I specifically looked for U.S. companies with at least a 0.5% dividend yield, a five-year compound annual growth rate of the dividend over 10%, and a payout ratio below 60%.
