My Biggest Dividend Ever

Happy Monday,

The market is closed for Presidents' Day, but it’s time to prepare for another crazy week of investing. Stay prepared and look for opportunities.

Last week, I got my biggest dividend ever: $1,868.51 from HESM. Today, I’ll share how this is snowballing so far. Plus, why HESM is still my top high yield dividend growth stock.

Topics Covered:

  • My Biggest Dividend Ever

  • Dividend Raises This Week

  • Earnings Season Continues

The Key Story

I Just Got a $1,868 dividend from HESM.

On Friday, my top high yield dividend stock paid me a huge dividend. This was all reinvested to earn more shares.

HESM (Hess Midstream LP):

Dividend: $1,868.51
DRIP Shares Earned: 52.1345
Cost per share: $35.84

This reinvested dividend grew my annual dividend income by $159.51. But, this will be FAR more.

This stock pays a quarterly dividend, so it will reinvest many more times this year. Plus, it raises it’s dividend payment every quarter!

I’m building this into a core position and I think the snowball effect will be quite powerful within my personal portfolio.

This stock is a rare combination of high yield and growth.

Dividend Yield (FWD): 8.33%
5 Year Dividend CAGR: 11.31%

They just reaffirmed, “Targeted at least 5% annual DPS growth through 2028”. Spoiler alert, it will be far above this. They always have beaten their target and on the latest earnings call they all but said that exactly.
