These 2 High Yield Dividend Stocks Just Paid Me $250 - Snowball Effect

My $257 Dividends 0:00

• Collected $257+ today from two midstream names:

  • Hess Midstream (HESM): ~$179

  • Enterprise Products Partners (EPD): ~$77.45

• Both are high-yield oil & gas midstream stocks I actively own.

My EPD Dividend Snowball 0:23

• Longtime holding (since 2020); ~130% total return.

• Reinvesting (“DRIP”) added 43.1 shares (~$1,300 extra value).

• DRIP now contributes ~$93 in annual dividends.

• Yield on initial dollars invested has risen to ~15.76%; DRIP alone boosted yield on cost +4.78%.

• Price up ~55% since my buys, but total return is much higher thanks to dividends.

  • 20 yrs: >$125k value; >$5k/yr dividends with reinvestment (vs. ~$40k without DRIP).

  • 35 yrs: ~$639k value; ~$20.5k/yr dividends.

  • Year 10: $246k value on $120k invested; ~$12.8k/yr dividends.

• I’m DCA’ing now; next adds in the high $30s to low $40s.

• I’ll lift targets gradually if distribution growth continues to back it up.
