Let’s reflect on how my dividend growth investing journey evolved.
On top of that, I’ll share how our investing community did. (hint: we crushed it)

The Key Story
We Grew A Lot in 2024 and Got PAID Dividends
I’ll start with me…
My 2023 Dividend Growth Portfolio
Total Value: $146,447
Dividends Earned: $3,515.35
Total Return: 33.15%
My 2024 Dividend Growth Portfolio
Total Value: $202,986
Dividends Earned: $4,474.38
Total Return: 64.43%
Throughout 2024, I actually did not increase my rate of investing very much ($1k-$2k a month average).
Most of these gains came from market increases in value.
That said, dividend reinvestment (DRIP) and dividend growth played a large role in the compounding effect of my portfolio and income.
My personal dividend income grew 27.2% year over year.
I think I’ll beat that dividend growth in 2025!
Across all my personal investment accounts, I’m ending 2024 with a all-time high in total value at $316,379.39. That’s a 105.98% total return.
